Our pump track has an area of approximately 1,500 square meters and is about 200 meters long, filled with wonderful bumps and turns for those who love to pump their way around. And yes, we've also thought of those who love to fly because the first section has double jump lines. Our pump track is calibrated to handle a competition, but it is primarily graded for those who are at a blue/red level.
Akka is a lovely flow trail for the whole family, with a total of 5 picturesque resting areas with benches for those who want to take in the views. Perfect for beginners and pleasure seekers! Do you recognize the name? Akka is named after the famous goose in "The Wonderful Adventures of Nils" who passed over Städjan.
Fjället runt is a green trail that consists of a dirt road that takes you around Idre Fjäll with a slightly steeper downhill and some easier uphills. Our blue trails that also go around the mountain start and visits this dirt road so there are opportunities to turn onto one of these for another adventure. The surrounding mountains offer wonderful views.
The gondolier is the trail that connects the valley stations of Väst6:an and Sydgondolen. The trail runs through varied and challenging terrain, with several bridges and spans to help navigate through the terrain. In addition, there are two rest areas along the way that provide opportunities for relaxation and recovery.
A new alternative and easier climb to end the Fjället runt-trail. Gränjesleden is not a consistent uphill but a varied stretch along ridges, beautiful pine forest and open marshland with fantastic views towards Städjan. The total distance is 1.8 kilometers and the trail is graded green, so mainly entry-level cyclists and children will enjoy this on the way up to the Skills area.
A flowing, enjoyable trail where the whole family can experience great cycling. It can be ridden as a slightly easier part of the mountain around the blue trail or as part of the mountain around the green trail.
Kilivippen is a wonderful trail that winds its way between roller ski tracks and horse paddocks and also offers mountain Städjan as a fantastic view. The Kilivippen also offers a few other little surprises before finally ending just below our Skills Area.
A wide trail that allows two people to ride side by side. The route offers an easier option through the beautiful Slättvåla area, featuring stunning old mountain forests. This is a shared trail, so please be considerate of hikers.

Pappas Nya is an exciting and diverse bike trail that starts from Askeleden at Aske's barbecue area. Here you'll encounter big turns, boardwalks, and impressively high berms. This trail suits both advanced cyclists and those who are beginners.
With a mix of technical and varied sections, Pappas Nya is a perfect trail to test and develop your skills. Take on the big, high berms and be impressed by the versatility that this bike trail has to offer.
If you have a bell on your bike, it is perfectly fine to ring it when you ride Tut tut, or shout "tjoho"! Tut tut winds its way down one of our central ski slopes and offers a flowy hand-built trail, velodrome curves and the occasional small rock drop that you can choose to roll over or jump out of.
For Everyone speak for itself. This is a trail that everyone can handle, whether big or small, from beginners who have mastered the brakes to advanced cyclists striving to take the top spot on the Strava segment. For Everyone is a very flowing trail that winds through the forest, downhill and back and forth, while offering exhilarating rollers and small rock drops that are also great for simply rolling over. It's not uncommon to hear shouts of "woho!" from cyclists making their way down this trail.
Here, it's very important to keep an eye on the brakes and maintain good control of the bike. Askeleden is incredibly fun and flowing, but what sets it apart from our other downhill trails is the number of velodrome berms. Here, you can throw your bike from side to side, we promise that you'll be tired when you reach the bottom. Keep an eye out for Aske and his friends! At the bottom of Askeleden, the Väst 6:an starts, here you can take your bike and ride back up to the top for another exiting run!
Jippi, a fun continuation after riding Alla Kan. Just cross the gravel road and keep flying over rollers, rock gardens, smaller drops, velodrome berms, and hand-built trails. Or go a bit slower, enjoy the nature and stop at the rest area for some energy refill—Jippi gives you what you want. You can also ride Fjället Runt and simply turn onto this trail as well.
A technical trail that challenges you with rocks, roots, and tight turns. However, the gradient allows most riders to enjoy the trail at the right speed. Together with the Gränjesleden, it becomes a perfect XC trail, naturally ending with a coffee break at Navet. Please note that this trail will change direction starting in 2025.
Flow-fest deluxe with unbeatable views! Ner ska du offers fantastic velodrome berms, rollers, bridges, short rock sections, and an adrenaline rush that will leave you wanting more! The trail is suitable for both adults and children. It's important that you have good control over your brakes and bike.
Difficulty level: Intermediate to advanced riders.
Norrskogen proves that cycling uphill can be so much more then tough and boring. Here, you ride on a winding trail uphill, back and forth, and suddenly you've gained several meters in elevation without even noticing. The reward is a short stretch of flowing trail downhill before it levels out again, offering instead a winding path that follows the natural terrain of the forest. Did you run out of energy? Take a break at our rest area while enjoying the fantastic view towards Städjan.
Ostkroken is our newest addition to Fjället runt.
It starts at Ost 6 and runs from Alla Kan to Norrskogen. This is a lovely trail that winds through the forest in Ost. Here you'll find bridges and longer sections of boardwalk. The trail passes by a beautiful spring, so take the opportunity to stop and enjoy for a while. Ostkroken also offers a stunning view of Städjan. A varied trail suitable for both easygoing riders and those who enjoy speed.
Approximately 2 km in length.
Slättvåla runt is a machine-built flow trail of over 6 km, designed by former professional cyclist Andreas Danielsson. The trail winds its way through a beautiful area of untouched pine forest, perfect for those who enjoy experiencing nature from the saddle of a bike.
There are some well-chosen rest areas for those who want to take a break, and of course, we've spiced up the trail with some fun features for those seeking extra enjoyment. The trail is graded blue and is a possible extension of Fjället runt.
Skaschptrôllens stig is a fun and flowy trail for everyone regardless of whether you are a beginner or advanced. When you reach the end of the trail you can either visit Vildmarksnästet or The Stadium, you can also take Killivippen back to Skills Area where you first started.
To grade the Straight Rhythm track as blue, you should be able to get through the entire track (while standing). The goal is to navigate the track without braking and keeping both wheels on the ground.
This is a safe exercise that teaches you how to use your arms and legs for control and balance.
Toppleden is a real challange that will guide you to the top of the mountain. It's a trail that really puts your skills to the test and rewards you with an impressive view once you reach the top.

Looking for exercise and an extra boost of adrenaline? This is the trail for you!
Or do you feel like taking it easy and enjoying the climb instead? Don't worry, Upp Ska Du have it all! The trail winds up through the forest, crosses ski slopes, and gains elevation quickly. Between the turns, there are also small balance challenges that you can tackle or choose to ignore before you're soon at the top.
Voest is a scenic cycling trail stretching west to east, offering a varied and entertaining experience.
Voest provides fantastic views. Here, you can enjoy a picturesque journey through the landscape while challenging your cycling skills. The trail's larger berms require more experience, and an opportunity to develop and take on new challenges.
Our most challenging downhill trail that takes you all the way from the top down to the South Gondola. Here, you must be prepared for anything. The trail includes tricky sections, rocks, and mud. It's not just your technique that will be tested; a bit of endurance can also be useful.
If "Ner ska du – Blue" is a flow festival, this is a real disco! Fantastic velodrome curves and smooth trails, mixed with technical surprises, rock drops, rowdy sections, and a solid adrenaline rush! This trail is suitable for the intermediate cyclist who has good control over the bike, is confident with the brakes, and wants to challenge themselves. It's also perfect for the advanced cyclist seeking a challenge and an adrenaline rush, and who's ready to jump whenever the trail allows.
To make the Straight Rhythm track red, you must master the technique of wheeling between two bumps. Furthermore, on the red track, there are various jump techniques, including step-up, step-down, double jumps, triple jumps, plateau jumps, and two challenging "dragons-back" sections that demand a high degree of skill and precision. To conquer all the jumps along the entire track, higher speeds are required, generated when you land correctly. Jumping requires skill and caution, preferably under the supervision of an instructor.

An XC trail designed for those who enjoy a challenge. The trail follows beautiful natural paths where both rocks and roots test your skills. The first section offers fantastic downhill riding, followed by flowing singletrack, before finishing with a tough and demanding climb back to the start. This is a shared trail, also perfect for trail running.
