Join the Mountain Marathon Club while mom and dad run the marathon! Our experienced activity leaders have planned tons of fun activities – both outdoors and indoors. We’ll gather at Askes Summer Meadow and also visit the Activity Center, where we’ll bowl, play mini golf, enjoy the sports hall, do crafts, and much more.

Lunch and snacks are included. Bring weather-appropriate clothing, a light snack, and a water bottle. Please specify any dietary requirements during booking.

Join us for a grill evening at beautiful Gränjestjärn! Bring your own food to grill and try making stick bread – we’ll provide the dough and toppings. A quiz walk and fun activities are available.

Meet at the grill area at Gränjestjärn, accessible by foot. From the ski stadium, follow the paved loop and a boardwalk to idyllic Gränjestjärn. Please note that parts of the walk are on or next to the roller ski track.

The activity is free but requires pre-booking. Bring your own food to grill.

Aske loves waffles and invites you to a waffle party! We gather at Aske's summer meadow and walk together to the mountain pasture where Aske has prepared a cozy setup for the party. We play, have fun, and enjoy waffles together. Important to note: Please inform us of any dietary restrictions when making the reservation. When the activity ends all children can be picked up at Fäbodcaféet.

Welcome to children's gymnastics! Enjoy lively music and laughter with a variety of exercises and movements for the whole body. It’s a great opportunity to meet new friends while staying active. Drop-in based on availability.

Tuesday and Thursday

A running race for young runners! The competition features three age categories with tailored distances. The course is simple, and there’s no timekeeping. Aske will be there to cheer at the start and finish. Spectators are welcome to support along the course. Drop-in is available if space permits.

A bike race for all kids, regardless of skill level! The course is in very easy terrain, with different age categories and distances. Spectators are welcome to cheer along the course. Drop-in is available if spots are open.

Learn the basics and gain better control of your mountain bike in an inspiring and playful environment. Together, we’ll challenge ourselves in the Skills Area, practicing balance, position, and cornering techniques. No prior MTB experience is needed. Bring your own bike and helmet.

Sharpen your mountain biking skills in this advanced course for children aged 8-15. We’ll focus on refining braking and cornering techniques to improve control and flow in your riding, and introduce drop sections and rocky terrain in the Skills Area. This course is suitable for those who have completed a basic MTB course or have previous mountain biking experience. Bring your own bike and helmet.

Monday–Tuesday or Thursday–Friday at 13.10-14.30

This course is perfect for those who want to enhance their technique in jumping and downhill riding in a safe and fun environment. We’ll focus on positioning, speed, and jumping techniques to improve your control and confidence on the bike This course is suitable for both teenagers and adults who have prior mountain biking experience or have completed our MTB Basics Course. Bring your own bike and helmet.

Wednesday at 10.30-11.50

Learn the basics of pump track riding and take your biking skills to the next level! Together with our guides, you'll go through the fundamental techniques needed to ride efficiently and with control in the pump track.Ideal for those with prior mountain biking experience or who have completed our MTB Basics Course. Suitable for both teenagers and adults. Bring your own bike and helmet.

What does it take to become a great MTB rider? Come test your skills and earn badges. Aske will be there to cheer you on. Bring your own bike and helmet.

Aske needs your help! He's friends are hiding along the trails with secret missions. Complete them all for a surprise. Aske will join at the end for some extra fun. Parent-free activity for independent cyclists. Bring your own bike and helmet.

Thursday at 10.30-11.30

Bike race in our pump track! This is a consistency race – the goal is to complete two laps with as close times as possible. It’s not about speed but about maintaining a steady pace! You need to be able to ride confidently on your own. Drop-in is available if space permits.

Shuffleboard is a fun and social game. Challenge your friends or family to a match where precision and strategy are the keys to victory.

Rent a section of our sports hall to enjoy ball games and keep both kids and adults active. We provide balls, goals, and barriers for sports like football, badminton, basketball, floorball, and handball. You’ll have access to half the court (the blue floor near the entrance), but you can also rent the entire court by booking both halves.

On this court, you can use our gymnastics and equipment, including ropes, rings, and mats. Balls and other sports gear are also available. The area is half of the sports hall court (the blue floor at the far end of the hall), but you can rent both halves for a full court experience.

Come and play table tennis in our sports hall! You’ll have access to a ping pong table, and balls along with 4-6 rackets are included and available to borrow at the reception.

Welcome to a fun performance for all kids! Show host Lo guides you through some of the most famous and beloved songs written by Jujja Wieslander. Clap the beat to "Min Lilla Kråksång", and shake your butt to "Vipp-på rumpan-affär". After the show, all children get a chance to hug and take photos with Sweden's most beloved cow and crow! The show is performed in Swedish.
